Breast Augmentation( Enhancement):

Breast augmentation or augmentation mammoplasty helps enlarge the size of the breast permanently. It also enhances the body shape.

The procedure can correct an under developed breast or a breast that has become small after child birth. The size of the breast can be increased depending on the size and loose skin of the existing breast. Subsequent breast feeding can be done normally after breast augmentation.

Procedure

The surgery is done under general anaesthesia. A silicone gel or saline-filled implant is placed behind the breast tissue and occasionally the chest muscle. A cut about 2" long is made at the lower part of the breast or at the areola (dark skin around the existing nipple) or in the underarm and the implant is introduced through this incision.

Results:

Improvement is immediate and can be very gratifying.
