Genital Cosmetic Surgery

Genital surgery or modification refers to changes to human genitals. Some forms of genital alteration are performed at the behest of an adult, with his or her full and informed consent. Genital cosmetic surgery is possible for both Male and Female gender.


Female genital cosmetic surgery:

  1. Labia minora reduction

  2. Pubic fat liposuction

  3. Vaginal tightening

  4. Hymenoplasty


Male genital cosmetic surgery:

  1. Penile lengthening.

  2. Penile girth increase.

    3. Vaginal tightening:

    The vaginal tone can become lax due to repeated childbirth and aging. This can be corrected by tightening the muscle and removal of excess skin and mucosa.


    Hymenoplasty:

    Hymen is a thin membrane covering the vaginal opening. It may be broken due to sports like gymnastics and horse riding apart from sexual intercourse. Recreation of the hymen can be performed as a social indication. It is a minor procedure and the patient can go home on the same day.


    Labioplasty

    This refers to the procedure by which the labia minora is reduced surgically if they are enlarged. In normal course,the labia minora are smaller and hidden within the labia majora, as in the younger age groups. So, this is an attempt to bring it back to the way it was. Some times this maybe be accompanied by fat grafting of the labia majora to increase their volume & give them a more youthful appearance.


    Penile Lengthening:

    The procedure involves release of the penis from the bony attachments. It is usually combined with suprapubic liposuction. An increase of 1-1.5 cm in length can be achieved
